Learner or Learned?

The Change Equation

As the year comes to a close, start thinking…What will you do to affect a worthy change professionally and personally?

Whether change means starting a new project, creating a new service, learning a new skill, going back to school, starting a new job, or embarking on a journey of professional growth, or even self-discovery, the change equation for all is:

Idea/Intention + Learning + Action = Change

Because no success story ever happened by coincidence, what will you do to share your intentions and ideas, learn more, and do more to have greater impact?

    Hi Kevin and Jackie,

    I thought it was D x V x P = Change Potential
-where D = level of dissatisfaction out of 10 eg. 8/10
    – V = Clarity of Vision out of 10 , eg 7/10

    – P = Plan, say 7/10
so in this case change potential is
    .8 x .7 x .7 = .39 or 39%

The point being these scores need to be very high to get any action, starting with a clear vision unless this is very very clear , you don’t have high dissatisfaction and unlikely to have a well thought out plan.
