These are habits likable leaders live and model every day. Sometimes a few subtle changes in the way you behave can have a HUGE impact on your reputation as a likable leader. How do you rate:

    1. Are you well known for a positive mental attitude (are you an optimist)?
    2. Do you speak in a friendly tone (most of the time)?
    3. Do you give your undivided attention to people who are speaking to you (vs. looking over their shoulder or at your smartphone)?
    4. Are you able to maintain your composure in all circumstances?
    5. Are you patient?
    6. Are you open-minded (vs. opinionated)?
    7. Do you smile when you speak with people?
    8. Do you make eye contact when you speak with people?
    9. Are you discerning, do you hold back on expressing some of your thoughts?
    10. Do you avoid procrastinating (most of the time)?
    11. Do you engage in at least one good deed a day?
    12. Do you learn from failure (vs. mope or agonize over it)?
    13. Do people speaking with you feel listened to and respected?
    14. Do you authentically praise others?
    15. Do you regularly seek feedback on your flaws?
