    Bravo, I think this is a wonderful summary of what Servant Leadership is all about and what the minimum standards are. It’s all about “Ego” in just the right amounts, what I think of as the “Goldilocks Ingredient”.

    Keep up the great work in promoting the type of leadership more companies should be following. In particular the large ones which tarnish the efforts of the many privately held enterprises who in most cases honestly try and serve their customers and employees.
