Initiator or Order Taker?

We hear a consistent frustration voiced by most of the executives we work with and this is it, “Our people ARE empowered, they just aren’t acting empowered.”

Ignite Leadership

Innovation & the Power of Cause

Dr. Kevin Freiberg joins us for “The Innovation Engine” podcast to talk about innovation and the power of cause. Among the topics we discuss this week are why it’s important for everyone in your company to know exactly what your cause is, why we fear living insubstantial lives more than we fear dying, and why it still pays to be a little nuts in the airline industry.
Dr. Freiberg is a best-selling author and keynote speaker who is an expert on corporate innovation and leadership development. Along with his wife, Dr. Jackie Freiberg, he has written books like the recently published DO SOMETHING NOW! Be the One Who Makes Something Happen and Nuts! Southwest Airlines’ Crazy Recipe for Business and Personal Success.
